Amazing app, brilliant technology. This is a must have for busy people who require efficiency and energy throughout the day.
If you can find a place to take a nap, this app is perfect. Works exactly as advertised, waking you up in about 20 minutes or a power nap. Great for a quick weekend nap, or can also go for the 90 minute deep nap. Would be great if the integrated this with the Apple Watch as the accelerometer detector. This app has not been updated in quite some time; hopefully has not been abandoned by the developer. Has lots of potential.
I honestly wasnt expecting much, but i tried taking a nap with this and woke up feeling refreshed for the first time in years.
I usually select the 45 minute recovery nap but rarely nap the whole 45 minutes. The app wakes me up before I fall into a deep sleep which wouldnt be fun to wake up from. I like it, I honestly use this app often... I guess I just admitted to napping often. I like my naps. I also like this app.
Please connect this with the iOS Health App as you have with your other apps.
It does what it says. I never wake up from a nap groggy anymore. Two quibbles for the fifth star: I feel it wakes me up too soon, if I nap in a bed and leave the phone next to the pillow as I do with sleep cycle: a function to set or at least test sensitivity, like in the main app would be great. I would also love, if I got the chance to turn off notifications from within the app, again something that Sleep Cycle already does.

The app is a full disappointment! It has many problems and doesnt work properly! It should be updated urgently!!!
No graphic ! :( No intergration with Sleep Cycle No Sleeps Analyse ! WTF ?!
Bought this app because I like the other app by this developer sleep cycle a lot, but the accuracy of this app is not comparable to that at all
I usually nap in library when Im tired of studying so I really need it to wake me up without making loud alarm but only vibration!
App decided to lock me out of my phone and continue to go off. It wouldnt stop playing the alarm and kept sending me notifications. I finally had to force restart my iPhone. Works well to wake someone but after that its all frustrating.
The app does exactly what all the normal alarm apps do: wake you up after 20, 40 or 120 minutes.
