Maybe its just because Im some weird freak of nature, but when I take naps, I dont move in my sleep. Like, at all. And frankly, I dont think that thats very unusual. Since this app judges your sleep state solely on movement, unless you move around while you nap it wont tell you anything. Everything I set it to "up to 20 mins" or "up to 45 mins", it just wakes me after the full 20 or 45 minutes are up because it cant tell whether or not Im in light/deep sleep since I dont move. This means it does the same exact thing as the normal clock app, leaving me just as groggy and tired when I wake up. Before you spend your money, please make sure you actually move around while you nap or the app will be as useless to you as it is to me.
