The app does exactly what all the normal alarm apps do: wake you up after 20, 40 or 120 minutes.
Couple of minor kinks but Im sure theyre getting worked out.

This app should be able to send data to Health app like Sleep Cylcle. Everyday I sleep one sleep cycle during the day but its not shown on my health graph.

Doesnt work with iPhone 5s iOS 8.1. It hangs a phone for a couple of seconds and then pop ups an error "Storage full". I have a couple of GB free on the device.
Not even mentioning the fact that it doesnt support iPhones 6 screen. Needs to be fixed.

Statistics of short naps should be stored in Sleep cycle and integration with Health app should be added.
The shortest nap timer is usually is too short, but I work it by restarting the timer when Ive relaxed to a point where I feel like I could fall asleep within 3-5 mins. Then its brilliant. Ive gotten better at napping too so the prep time is shorter now than it used to be. The longer times are great when I have the time and need a deeper nap.
Honestly, this app is great. I love talking a quick 20 minute power nap and waking up refreshed and ready to go on. Its easy to use and the wake up sound is great, I wish I could have that sound as a normal phone alarm.
Needs to provide some statistics on the quality of naps.
HealthKit integration or an add on to Sleep Cycle would be awesome. Also, its been almost a year since there was an update to the app.
My struggles with waking up make me late for everything. Love the Sleep Cycle app; helps me SO much waking up in the morning. But I have a horrible time waking up from naps too. Power Nap makes a huge difference. Both apps are worth it.
